CSTR (Fully Mixed anaerobic reactor) is the core process in the anaerobic process section of biogas engineering. It is an anaerobic treatment technology in which fermentation raw materials and microorganisms are mixed to ferment and produce biogas in a closed tank. CSTR reactor with mechanical stirring device, through constant temperature continuous or semi-continuous feeding, so that high suspended matter high concentration of organic waste and anaerobic microorganisms with relatively complete mixed fermentation state, can effectively degrade organic matter in organic waste.
CSTR reactor is installed in the conventional digester stirring device, so that the raw materials in a completely mixed state, so that the active area throughout the digestive area, the efficiency is significantly improved compared with the conventional digester, so it is also known as the high efficiency digester. The digester usually uses constant temperature continuous feeding or semi-continuous feeding operation, which is suitable for the treatment of organic waste raw materials with high solid content.
Scope of application
At present, CSTR reactor is mainly applied to organic waste with high solid content such as animal manure, crop straw, food and kitchen waste.
Technological advantage
