Material pretreatment


First of all, rice straw has been truncated and crushed once during rice harvest, and then crushed again after collection and baling. In order to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio and water content, the company's technical staff learned that there were more sheep manure and cow manure around, and the price was lower, so they chose to use sheep manure and cow manure for mixed fermentation with rice straw.

Loading and stacking


Rice straw, sheep manure, cow manure after the company's technical personnel scientific and reasonable ratio, began to use the forklift to fully mix the material evenly, and then transported to the fermentation tank.

Start fermentation


After all the materials are transported to the fermentation tank. The company's technical staff will open the film and cover the material and tank body, guide the workers to correctly wear the rope sealing hook, and confirm the sealing edge is intact. After opening the fan, the tympanic membrane was normal and fermentation began.

Fermentation completed, discharge


After 25 days of fermentation. We can see the discharge site, the whole material shows the characteristic color of fertilizer brown, the surface mycelium is dense, the material is loose, the moisture is about 45%, and the fermentation effect is very ideal.


In the field, we can see that the fertilizer truck is spreading the organic fertilizer after fermentation. Through the application of organic fertilizer can improve the land conditions, improve the application of chemical fertilizer for many years, the food produced by the application of organic fertilizer is also green food, the added value is also high, the quality improvement value is improved, not necessarily increase production, but a certain increase in income!


After the rice straw is fermented and applied to the soil, as an organic fertilizer, it can enrich the land, which can also reduce the amount of fertilizer, so that not only avoid pollution caused by on-site incineration to protect the environment, but also let farmers save money to buy fertilizer, but also improve the quality of the soil. From ordinary straw, it has become the "life-saving straw" of the soil, responding to the call of the national straw fertilizer to return to the field, and also adding new benefits to the planting industry.
