The rural industry presents a new trend, and the characteristic resources show new vitality. During the three-day observation activities, the participating comrades conducted field research on the key work of rural revitalization such as party building leadership, industrial development, living environment, and rural governance in 22 villages in 12 townships. The Regional Treatment Center for livestock and poultry waste resource utilization in Haduohe Town is a project constructed and operated by China Sea Environment, which was completed and put into use in August 2022. The regional treatment center for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Haduohe Town is located in the fourth group of Haduohe Village in Haduohe Town. The project is an important part of the whole county promotion project for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Zhalantun City. It covers the feces that can not be treated by the farms around Haduohe Town and the feces of farmers' poultry and livestock.

Among them, the ECS box fermentation technology of China Sea Environment is used to realize the rapid sterilization of grass seeds. The NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation technology of China Overseas Environment is adopted for centralized cleaning of sheep manure and cow manure, which can realize intelligent operation and low cost operation, and then the fermented and decomposed organic fertilizer is produced into powdered organic fertilizer and granular organic fertilizer, with an annual processing capacity of 18,000 tons, and the project can treat the feces after residents' toilet modification. It realizes the harmless treatment and reuse of feces from surrounding farms and household toilets, and greatly reduces the pollution of all kinds of feces to the living environment. The project can consume 1000 tons of crop straw every year, and produce 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer every year. It can increase organic matter content of 5000 mu land by 1%.

The operation mode of the project is cooperative operation, providing 50 jobs for the surrounding villagers, giving priority to employing households with labor ability to get out of poverty, and generating an annual income of about 1 million yuan for 60 employees throughout the year, further increasing the income of farmers, consolidating the results of poverty alleviation, and contributing a solid force for ecological environmental protection, living environment improvement and preventing large-scale poverty reduction in Haduohe Town.

The construction and operation of the regional treatment center for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste not only injected new vitality into the rural revitalization of the town, but also set up a model of environmental protection and sustainable development. The project has brought benefits and convenience to the surrounding farms and farmers, and has also created employment opportunities for local villagers and increased sources of income.
