In 2023, in order to help fight the battle against pollution, promote the coordinated development of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, accelerate the popularization and application of advanced and applicable ecological environmental protection technologies, and raise the level of green and low-carbon development of the ecological environmental protection industry, the China Environmental Protection Industry Association carried out the promotion of practical ecological environmental protection technologies and equipment and demonstration projects. The List of Practical Technical Equipment and Demonstration Projects for Ecological and Environmental Protection in 2023 has been compiled and formed.

Qingdao Zhonghai Environment Zhalantun City animal manure resource utilization project was successfully selected into the 2023 ecological environmental protection demonstration project list.

Inner Mongolia Zhalandun City livestock manure comprehensive resource utilization project, is built by China Sea Environment in the "general contract + operation" mode, the project covers an area of 8767.38 square meters, the total construction area of 2764 square meters, a total of 7 organic waste treatment centers, an annual output of organic fertilizer 20000 tons, the completion of black land protection of 2000 acres.

Agricultural expert group and Zhalantun city level leaders visited the project

The project adopts decentralized + centralized treatment mode to equip large-scale farms with organic fertilizer fermentation and production equipment to achieve on-site treatment of livestock and poultry waste. Livestock manure from surrounding small farms was collected and stored centrally to the treatment center, with Gaotaizi Town, Dahewan Town, Genghis Khan Town, Haduohe Town, Qianjin Village and Daur animal manure resource utilization and treatment center as the central point, radiating the livestock farms in Zhalantun region. The treatment center uses NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system as the main fermentation technology route, carries out high-temperature aerobic mulching compost, collects livestock and poultry manure waste raw materials, mixes them with a certain proportion of raw materials, and lays them in the fermentation tank. After the stacking is completed, mulching and pressing are carried out, and forced ventilation is carried out for 15 to 20 days to generate organic fertilizer raw materials. The raw material of organic fertilizer completed by fermentation goes into the organic fertilizer deep processing workshop for grinding and screening treatment to produce powdered organic fertilizer finished products.

The treatment center is surrounded by 2,000 acres of black land, part of the organic fertilizer produced by fermentation is protected by black land, and the other part of the organic fertilizer is sold to local farmers, so as to realize a complete agricultural green breeding cycle of livestock manure + farmland waste → regional central treatment → organic fertilizer → returning to the field. Increasing the application of organic fertilizer can improve the appearance, palatability, sugar content, nutrient content and other quality of agricultural products, and improve the value. Promote the certification of "three products and one standard" such as green and organic agricultural products, promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products to high quality and high-end direction, and achieve quality and efficiency improvement.

Animal manure resource utilization and treatment center

Zhalantun City is located in the intersection of Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang Province, and has obvious location advantages. Beef cattle, sheep and pigs are the leading industries in animal husbandry, which have developed rapidly in recent years and have been rated as "big county of animal husbandry" by the Ministry of Agriculture, but the manure produced in animal husbandry has been troubled.

Meanwhile, agricultural waste, such as straw and rice husks, is strewn around Zalantun city. These agricultural wastes can be used as auxiliary materials in the fermentation process of livestock and poultry manure to be mixed and fully utilized to achieve the purpose of comprehensive waste treatment. The successful implementation of this project will not only help improve the local ecological environment, but also provide a new impetus for sustainable development in the surrounding area.

Taking the Haduo River Treatment Center as an example, the Haduo River Culture Park as the center covers the manure that cannot be handled by farms around the town of Haduo River, the annual treatment reaches 18,000 tons of manure, the annual consumption of crop straw 10,000 tons, the annual production of organic fertilizer 10,000 tons, the revenue can reach 10 million yuan, and the tax can increase by 1 million yuan. Adopt the mode of cooperative operation, directly recruit more than 10 people, promote the surrounding villagers to create 50 jobs, prioritize the employment of poor people, and bring certain economic income to the local people.
