NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system
The whole county of Zhenyuan in Gansu Province promoted the project of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. Due to the large number of local farms below the scale and the scattered locations of farms, decentralized treatment mode was adopted. 100m³ x20 sets of NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system was used to treat livestock and poultry manure such as cow manure, pig manure and rabbit manure. The NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system is composed of NCS molecular membrane, micro-pressure air supply system and intelligent control system of Internet of Things. The use of new material e-PTFE molecular film to wrap organic waste, through the micro-pressure air supply system, so that oxygen and organic waste full contact, rapid heating fermentation, control system and detection system timely signal processing, automatic feedback and intelligent adjustment of parameters, while reducing odor emissions and nutrient loss, to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly waste resource utilization. With low investment, low operating costs, intelligence, simple control and other characteristics, local farmers can easily control and use.
NCS intelligent molecular film composting equipment technical training
In order to further help farmers master the treatment technology and equipment, Qingdao Zhonghai Environment organized a unique NCS intelligent molecular membrane composting equipment technical training meeting. At the training meeting, Qingdao Zhonghai environmental professional and technical personnel introduced the composting technology process for farmers in detail, from the collection and pretreatment of livestock and poultry manure, to the fermentation process in the NCS intelligent molecular membrane composting equipment, and then the entire link of the final formation of organic fertilizer. When explaining the use of equipment, technicians also teach farmers how to correctly operate each function button of the equipment in combination with the actual equipment on site, to ensure that farmers can achieve the best treatment effect when using the equipment, and to ensure the safety of themselves and the equipment.
