Introduction |
Starting from the prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in the watershed, this project aims to address the problems of agricultural waste pollution from planting and livestock breeding in Boxing County, and establish a comprehensive governance approach of "source reduction, process utilization, end interception, recycling, and ecological purification". It adopts a cooperative governance model of "government+enterprise+farm+individual investor", relying on existing local enterprise resources to transform and upgrade engineering measures such as livestock and poultry breeding manure treatment and agricultural film collection and treatment, and improve governance efficiency; To control water pollution caused by agricultural sources through the construction of centralized livestock and poultry manure treatment centers; Establish an information-based monitoring system to form a complete model and mechanism for the treatment, monitoring, and management of source pollution. |
