Product/Core Technology Introduction:
NCS intelligent molecular film functional membrane method aerobic fermentation equipment, the technical principle is to use a new material e-PTFE molecular film to wrap organic waste, through the micro-pressure air supply system, so that oxygen and organic waste full contact, rapid heating fermentation. Using the selective permeability of e-PTFE molecular film, the gas and water molecules can quickly pass through the surface of the film to reduce the water content of the material, and at the same time, the odor molecules can not pass through. The pungent ammonia gas and condensate fall back into the material together, which eliminates the need for additional deodorization systems to solve the problem of environmental odor and improve fertilizer efficiency.
The outside rain can not come in, can achieve open-air operation without building factories, reduce construction investment, and finally realize the conversion of resource utilization into organic fertilizer.
Fermentation equipment consists of three systems: membrane covering system, micro-pressure air supply system, compost monitoring system. The membrane material has selective permeability. Internal air and water vapor can pass through smoothly, while external liquid water (rain and snow) cannot enter. Good odor blocking effect, can meet environmental standards. The micro-pressure air supply system is controlled by the monitoring system, and the intermittent opening has low energy consumption.
