The theme of the event is "Innovative duck development model to create a modern livestock model", which aims to promote the technological innovation and model innovation of the duck industry, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry and high-quality development. The potential advantages of using membrane fermentation to treat duck manure are discussed in this paper. First of all, the high water content is the biggest obstacle to the treatment of duck manure, because duck manure is viscous, high water content (85-90%), and more water in the breeding shed, which determines that the treatment of duck manure can not directly use the treatment process of chicken manure, nor can it learn too much from the treatment process of pig and cow manure. Secondly, the profit of duck breeding is low, and the traditional manure treatment scheme is difficult to meet the needs of duck breeding industry, and the duck manure treatment problem also greatly restricts the large-scale development of duck breeding industry. The experiment was divided into three batches. The fermentation site is located in the manure pile shed, and the fermentation equipment is NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system. The first batch of secondary materials used in fermentation are mushroom residue and corn whisker, which are used for water absorption and air permeability.
After fermentation by NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system, the material showed brown color, the fertilizer characteristics were obvious, and it had become a mature organic manure coarse material. Duck manure "membrane fermentation" treatment advantages: 1, membrane fermentation is mainly to treat water by evaporation, fecal fermentation and water removal at the same time, will not produce sewage treatment burden. 2, fermentation temperature is high, wind pressure is high, wind speed is fast, water evaporation is fast. 3. Membrane fermentation is static fermentation, which has little damage to auxiliary materials and can realize multiple utilization of auxiliary materials, so as to effectively reduce the cost increase caused by the use of auxiliary materials on fermentation. Economic calculation of membrane fermentation treatment of duck dung
A total of 90m³ duck manure was processed in the three fermentation processes. The density of duck manure was close to 1000kg/m³, and the daily feces produced by each duck was about 0.13kg. The breeding days of ducks were 35 days, and 90m³ duck manure corresponded to 19779 ducks.
Fertilizer production 28.24 tons, according to the market price of 450 yuan/ton calculation, sales revenue 12,708 yuan.
Total input 17,941 - sales revenue 12,708 = total processing cost 5,233 yuan.
The total processing cost is 5233 yuan ÷19779 pieces =0.2646 yuan/piece.
The processing cost of duck manure generated by a single duck during the whole growing period was 0.2646 yuan.
This technology solves the problem of difficult disposal of duck manure produced by duck breeding and reduces the pollution of waste and waste of resources. At the same time, NCS intelligent molecular membrane can be used to make organic fertilizer from duck dung, which can be used as resources, generate economic benefits, and promote the sustainable development of duck industry.
