On July 11, Zuo Lingling, deputy head of the National Animal Husbandry Technology Promotion Station, accompanied by Wan Zhanquan, director of the livestock manure resource utilization Department of Gansu Provincial Agriculture and Rural Affairs Department, and relevant leaders of Gaotai County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, made a field visit to the entire county of Qingdao Zhonghai Environment Gaotai County animal manure resource utilization project. Mr. Zhou Lei, head of Northwest Region of Qingdao Zhonghai Environment, introduced the whole project in detail, and demonstrated the NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system of Qingdao Zhonghai Environment on site.
The steering group put forward three requirements for the entire county of Gaotai County to promote the utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources: First, to ensure that the technical guidance is in place, so that each breeding subject can learn the use, operation and maintenance of equipment. The second is that it must be fermented strictly in accordance with the fermentation route required by NCS membrane composting technology, and the third is that the equipment cannot be abandoned after operation, and the long-term utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources must be adhered to.
In the next work, we will follow the requirements of the planning and guidance group to earnestly implement the implementation of the entire county of Gaotai County animal manure resource utilization project. Technical guidance will be strengthened to ensure that livestock and poultry breeding subjects master and skillfully use the technical points of equipment, and improve the technical level of project operation. At the same time, we will adhere to the NCS membrane composting technology requirements for fermentation operations to ensure the quality and effect of the fermentation process.
The utilization of animal manure resources is an important measure to promote the green development of animal husbandry, and also an important part of the low-carbon development of animal husbandry in Gansu province. Through the utilization of resources, the pressure on the environment can be reduced, the efficiency of breeding can be improved, and the win-win situation between the livestock and poultry industry and the environment can be achieved. We will make continuous efforts to earnestly implement the implementation of Gaotai County animal manure resource utilization project, contribute to the green and low-carbon development of Gansu animal husbandry, promote the wide application and promotion of animal manure resource utilization, and make contributions to the sustainable development of animal husbandry in the country.
