Organic waste pretreatment

We collect a variety of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, aquaculture sewage, straw and tail vegetables, kitchen waste, organic sludge, and pretreat organic waste through solid-liquid separation equipment. After pretreatment, the organic waste is divided into solid part and liquid part.

Solid organic waste

After pretreatment, the solid part of organic waste, such as livestock and poultry manure, straw and tail vegetable, can be properly proportioned, fermented into organic fertilizer coarse material through film fermentation equipment, organic sludge is fermented into nutrient soil, and cow manure can be fermented into cow mattress material directly recycled and reused.

Advantages of film fermentation equipment:

1, environmental protection and odorless: the system adopts high temperature aerobic fermentation technology, which can kill ≥96% of harmful disease eggs, and uses the microporous structure of nanofilm to block ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other odor overflow, so that the open air can be fermented without polluting the surrounding environment.

2, less investment: the system does not require large-scale infrastructure, the total investment is low, there is no need to build factories or sheds and other buildings, and the investment cost is reduced by 60% compared with traditional equipment.

3, low operating cost: the system automatic operation, no need to flip, intelligent control, saving labor and operating costs. Operating costs are reduced by 70% compared to conventional equipment.

After fermentation, the raw material of organic fertilizer can be processed into powder, columnar and granular form through the organic fertilizer deep processing workshop, and the product quality can meet the standard requirements of NY/T525-2021, and the organic fertilizer is packaged. After deep processing of organic fertilizer can be sold in the market, or directly returned to the field for use. Liquid organic waste

The liquid part after pretreatment can be treated by sewage treatment project, and can be treated into biogas slurry, farmland irrigation standards, and first-class A discharge standards according to treatment needs. After processing, the biogas generated can be used for electricity and heating. The single system can treat sewage into biogas slurry, which can be directly returned to the field after dilution.
