With the rapid development of modern livestock and poultry industry, waste treatment and resource utilization has become an important topic. Jiangxi Province is a typical agricultural province, aquaculture development potential is huge, also facing the dual pressure of organic waste treatment and environmental protection. In order to effectively solve this problem, the project owner joined hands with China Sea Environment to jointly promote the resource utilization project of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Jiangxi county. The project not only helps the local reduce environmental pollution, but also promotes the healthy and green development of livestock and poultry farming in the county, achieving a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits.
Project introduction
Jiangxi livestock and poultry waste resource utilization project adopts a centralized treatment mode, the construction of a centralized treatment center, the feces generated by 5 million laying hens, adopt a centralized collection, transportation, storage, treatment, NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system as the main treatment technology, equipped with front-end mixing equipment, transportation equipment, so as to achieve "feces do not fall".
For this project, China Sea Environment provides the whole process of consulting, design, technical support and equipment supply services, with a total of 21 sets of 300m³ NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation system, the use of high temperature aerobic fermentation process, with laying chicken manure as the main fermentation raw material, with powder straw as the auxiliary material, can produce 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer every year.

Visible to the naked eye, the fermentation site is steaming hot, the fermentation temperature reaches 65℃, and the eggs in the materials can be killed by high temperature, and the degree of harmfulness is as high as 97%. It is expected that the fermentation can be completed in about 20-25 days to form a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.
