Introduction |
Gaotai Lane Town in Gansu Province is located in the outskirts of the city and is a major livestock and poultry breeding town. The main livestock and poultry raised are 101900 live pigs, 26800 beef cattle, 159900 sheep, and 278300 poultry. The annual amount of manure produced is 451300 tons. In the past, the natural fermentation returning method was limited by seasons and facilities, and incomplete fermentation directly returned to the field would cause pollution to the farmland soil. Based on the overall situation of promoting the utilization of fecal resources in the county, ECS membrane intelligent composting bins and NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation systems will be equipped and installed for debugging. Taking the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure returning to the field as the core, summarize and promote the model of farmers+manure treatment+returning to the field utilization, and explore the establishment of a virtuous cycle chain of "breeding composting fermentation planting". Comprehensively guide enterprises and farmers to adopt aerobic fermentation technology for pig, chicken, cow, and sheep livestock and poultry farms' manure, and use ECS membrane intelligent composting bins to convert manure into organic fertilizer and return it to the field for recycling, achieving the goal of harmless and resourceful treatment of manure throughout the entire process. |
