NCS molecular membrane fermentation process
NCS intelligent molecular membrane fermentation process is a process technology that converts organic waste into resources through high temperature aerobic fermentation. It uses a new material e-PTFE molecular film to wrap organic waste, and uses a micro-pressure air supply system to make gas fully contact with organic waste and rapidly heat up fermentation. The control system and detection system carry out signal processing, automatic feedback and intelligent parameter adjustment in time, and realize automatic, intelligent and remote compost management. This technology is mainly applied to the resource utilization of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, and fully transforms the waste into high-quality organic fertilizer, nutrient soil and cow mattress material that can be used by crops.
In addition, the skid-mounted series can also be customized according to the individual needs of customers to maximize the use of equipment.
