Recently, Qingdao Zhonghai Environment "horizontal automatic feed in and out fermentation tank" new equipment seminar was successfully held. This seminar invited a number of authoritative experts from agricultural and rural management departments, universities and scientific research institutions to carry out cross-border dialogue around the technological innovation and scene application of horizontal automatic fermentation tank, and draw a new blueprint for the resource utilization of urban and rural waste.
The horizontal automatic feed and feed fermentation tank presented in this seminar realizes the automatic design of the whole process. The equipment does not require forklift assistance, and can handle up to 3 tons of kitchen waste or livestock manure per day, and the operating cost is lower than the market price of organic fertilizer.
More noteworthy is its scene adaptation ability - from the on-site transformation of kitchen waste in rural garbage classification sites, to the daily clearance of manure in farms, and even the large-scale treatment of straw in township centers, the equipment realizes "one machine with multiple uses" through modular design. After the bag of fruit and vegetable residue is put into the equipment, it can be converted into dark brown organic fertilizer by intelligent control of temperature and humidity and microbial activity.
$150 billion market calls for "green solutions"
With the in-depth promotion of the Five-Year Action Plan for the improvement of Rural Living Environment, the resource utilization of rural household waste in 2025 has become a hard indicator. Experts pointed out that such policies have not only spawned a 100-billion-level market, but also forced technological upgrading - "Who can solve the 'last mile' problem, who can seize the opportunity."
In this regard, China Sea Environment proposed the concept of "microcirculation" : the village station is equipped with small equipment to deal with kitchen waste, and the township center is deployed with medium-sized equipment to centrally deal with agricultural waste such as straw, and finally realize resource allocation through the regional alliance. In the future, the fermentation process can be monitored remotely through the APP, and the fertilizer will come at the point of the mobile phone. "Let every gram of waste find its way home" - this is perhaps the most vivid footnote to rural revitalization.
From technical research to practical implementation, Zhonghai Environment is knocking on the door of urban and rural green transformation with innovative equipment. It is expected that this technological revolution of "turning waste into treasure" will write more vivid stories of ecological and economic symbiosis in the vast countryside.
